Kriya Yoga, a profound technique developed by Raviji, integrates Pranayamas (breathing techniques), Mantras, Mudras (hand gestures), Bandhas (locking certain parts of the body), and Yoga Nidra (state of equilibrium that exists between being awake and asleep).
Every student who participates in as few as three SivaSoorya yoga classes can recognize from their own experience that the Mahat Kriya or great processing that is taught after the contemplative asanas is life changing. By practicing Kriya Yoga, we can not only remove mental and physical block but also many incurable diseases with daily practice, one becomes rejuvenated, revitalized, spiritually recharged, healed and totally transformed into a new person. Kriya Yoga nourishes our body cells, purifies our nervous system and helps us to experience the ambrosia of eternal joy flowing into us.
